Return or Exchange Policy
Q: What Items are non refundable?
Some items can't be returned due to strict health regulations. This includes wigs, cosmetics, hosiery, and items considered intimates like bras and panties. Some items like gaffs can be exchanged however if the size is not right. If you have washed your item or damaged or stained it, we can no longer take it back. If you have questions or concerns, just drop us a message so we can help you.
Q: What is the Return and Exchange Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
We do not provide prepaid return labels unless you have received a defective, incorrect, or damaged item. You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
Episcene Fashion will accept exchanges and returns for new, unused merchandise in original condition with any tags attached and purchased on www.episcenefashion.com. Items purchased as clearance are final sale.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us so we can resolve any issue as soon as possible.
The following items are not returnable:
- Hosiery
- Wigs (eligible for return only if unworn in box with all tags intact or tried on with a wig cap)
- Cosmetics
- Intimates such as underwear, bras and panties
- Supplements
- Damaged, stained or washed items
Exchanges:

Tucking Underwear/Gaffs: if you have ordered the wrong size tucking underwear or it is not fitting correctly, we will exchange as a one-time courtesy a new size and/or style. We will pay for return shipping and use the item as part of our Free Gaff Program to help those in need and is applicable to first time purchase only.
